"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." -Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
 
When I read these verses in Ecclesiastes I immediately thought of the men in 3B Fellowship. It was in the winter of 2022 when I first was introduced to a group of men at what was then an "In His Grip" group. I was hesitant to go to a group of men who were strangers. Little did I know that the guys in 3B would become my friends and a huge support for me.
Solomon knew what he was talking about regarding the journey through life alone versus together. Like many of you the men of 3B have been a huge support during times of difficulty, illnesses. loss of jobs and even the death of a loved one. Having the support of other guys helps us overcome life's challenges. 
3B is more than a men's golf ministry, it is a family that prays together, fellowships together, golfs together and grows in faith together. Like Solomon says, "A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." 
Prayer: Father God, thanks you for the men of 3B Fellowship. Please bless their lives as they support, encourage, inspire and love one another. Help us continue to reach out to those men who need this type of family in their lives. In Jesus' name, Amen!
